What does lack of a device page mean if it has a supported release of OpenWRT?

For example we have OpenWRT 24.10.0 for RT-AC1300G in the ToH, but no link in "Device page" cell.
What does it mean? It's impossible to install or the user should follow some "general" instruction?
It's not the only such model.
