To install adblock-lean, follow the instructions as provided on project's Github page.
Make sure to uninstall other adblockers you currently have installed before installing adblock-lean.

What's your concern actually? That's a feature of adblock which called top level domain compression, it removes all needless subdomains/hosts in the final blocklist to really save memory in the dns backend, e.g. ...
