WDS daisy chain config

Hi, I have WDS with a base AP (r7800) and a client (archer c7 v5) set up like this: https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/network/wifi/atheroswds

I want to add a second client (archer c7 v5) daisy chained to the first client. Please provide your expertise on some questions:

  1. On the first client, do I create a second wireless network and set it to Access Point (WDS)?
  2. Should this new client AP use the same wireless config as the base AP, or should it be a separate wireless config (SSID, channels, etc.)?
  3. Is it preferable to use both radios (2.4ghz + 5ghz) on both of the wireless bridges, or to use one radio on each bridge?

Thanks. I have also been researching how to set up an openwrt mesh (802.11s) but can't find a good tutorial using Luci. Do you have any you can recommend? I have watched quite a few videos but they always seem to have ethernet backhauls and then focus on the device roaming issues (which is not relevant for me).
