Thanks for the tutorial. I have checked and while the TTL was using COM9, Putty was configured to work on COM1. Now, when I switch on the router and launch Putty I receive something but still there is something wrong
If I press some keys, the TX and RX leds start blinking

Reread the wiki page, seems you don't need the tftp server, but a client, and I believe there's one built in into win11.
Thank you very very much for your help. I was a bit lost and finally, I was able to copy and install the firmware on my router. However, I think something went wrong since, I am not able to access again to the router via the TTL-USB interface. I want to install the openWRT official firmware (Seems the firmware I have installed was corrupted. Now, after switchin ON the router, the screen turns off after a while and Putty shows the following root: " admin@RT-AC3100-B7B4:/tmp/home/root# " (after requesting me to log in).
¿How can erase and install a clean *.trx firmware? ¿Can I update the router directly with the official openWrt firware?

but wiki reports only linux commands (https://openwrt.org/toh/wavlink/quantum_dax_wn538a8) and I am trying it from windows 10 with Putty and Tftpd64

Windows 10, putty and tftpd64, that's increasing the difficulty for no reason.
You could boot a Live Linux like Ubuntu from USB stick instead of wrestling with windows.

Before doing this, I also tried from a Ubuntu live version and a linux virtual machine under chromium, but I was not able to install dnsmasq and execute the command in the wiki page. The system always returns:" there is some junk....."
