WAN speed issue

Hello,

I have a speed issue on my WAN.
My speed network is approximative 470Mb/s
But in my openwrt I make a speedtest and the result is 250Mb/s

Anyone have the same problem ?

Have a good day.

Nope, works fine here, I have the 1/1 gbit plan.

(are you assuming the whole world is using the same ISP and router?)

Are you using SQM or any other QoS?

I have not configured QOS or SQM.

Basically Openwrt have QOS or SQM ?

Yes, it has both.
What does top or htop report about cpu usage when you do a speedtest?

CPU load is above 10% during speedtest

Do you connect to the router by wifi or cable?
The network speed of 470Mbps is what the ISP advertises or have you measured it by speedtest with another router?

Connect with a cable.

I test with the same cable on a computer I have 470 mb/s
I test with the ISP routeur, same speed.

@eduperez I believe you have the same router, maybe you have any idea what can be the problem?

As @trendy commented, I own the same router, and I know it can saturate my 300Mbps line even using SQM, so 250Mbps looks like an issue.

Please, tell us a bit more about your installation and how have you configured everything.

I try with a clean OpenWRT. (Reset of router)

Same issue
