Vpn-policy-routing leftovers

I have uninstalled vpn-policy-routing package but it is still somewhere in the system causing me problems.
I see in log: user.notice vpn-policy-routing: Reloading wan due to ifup of wan (wan)
and then I cant ping wan until I manually restart it.

How to remove that service/package/process completely, as it is somewhere stuck in the system, but I do not see it under installed in Luci.

Please help...

opkg remove luci-app-vpn-policy-routing vpn-policy-routing
rm -f /etc/hotplug.d/firewall/*-vpn-policy-routing

I did that already, but it is still there. I cant find it anywhere, but in /dev/ubi0_5 and /dev/mtdblock0 when searcing for it with:

grep -iR "vpn-policy" /

I get bunch of results like on the photo:

And there is nothing in /etc/init.d/ regarding vpn-policy-routing:
image

find / -xdev -name "*vpn-policy*"
grep -r -e vpn-policy /etc

Thanks, that did find it! Deleted it and I dont see it in logs anymore.
