Vpn only if a specific URL is called?

I am using a GL.inet router with their GUI and openwrt.
I have a VPN client set up on it to connect to a third party VPN service.
However I only want traffic that is trying to access a specific URL(s) to go thru the VPN. All other traffic to go thru the normal ISP route.

Is this possible?
