VPN is up by cable, not wifi on same router

When I view cryptostorm.is/test, my VPN-sp (sp is service provider), the page returns "You are connected . . ." message. When I use the radios (2.4/5) on the same router, and /test, I see I am not connected. The radios show in use, I have the correct ssid (bssid), the only error message in the syslog is expected as my VPN-sp deliberately "turns off" ivp6. Logs, for completeness sake:

Thu Apr  5 08:26:35 2018 daemon.err odhcp6c[1983]: Failed to send DHCPV6 message to ff02::1:2 (Permission denied)
Thu Apr  5 08:28:01 2018 daemon.info odhcpd[1464]: Using a RA lifetime of 0 seconds on br-lan
Thu Apr  5 08:28:01 2018 daemon.notice odhcpd[1464]: Failed to send to ff02::1%br-lan (Permission denied)

Is this likely a killswitch problem?

The ethernet port and the wifi AP need be in the same bridge. Then it will work the same wired or wireless.

I don't find the word "bridge", so I'm asking is the below it?
