You have the same target subnet for both routes.
So, only one of them can be active at the same time.
Use different subnets if you want both routes to work simultaneously.

But it is ok to have the same gateway for few subnets
It can work only when 192.168.27.20 and 192.168.27.21 is the same client.
If you have multiple clients, each should use unique subnet.
You cannot route 192.168.44.0/24 to different clients at the same time.

Yeah I just checked it all works with deferent subnet
So I need to make static ip for client and it will always initiate the route for it
