How i can configure the OpenVPN on 5GHz radio.I want send normal packet via 2.4GHz and VPN packet over 5GHz. Does it possible on one Router ...

Yes, both wireless radios/ interfaces can be configured individually - you merely need to move the bridge from LAN to your VPN interface.
