Voip protocol for Pirelli router

Hi,
I have a Pirelli Voip 2 wifi router (from italian Telecom company), with a double rj11 plug for telephone link.
Is there a add-in for voip protocol in Openwrt?

It's possible to use Asterisk or FreeSwitch on Openwrt. Analogue phone ports only work on some Lantiq devices. See https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/services/voip/asterisk and https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/services/voip/asterisk/chan-lantiq
