Vodafone fttc connection dropping out occasionally

Hi, does this log from a BT Homehub v5 running OpenWRT 18.06 give any clues as to why my connection occasionally drops out? I've copied the log from when the connection first experiences issues to when it reconnects. Thanks

Conversation with Vodafone support...rather odd.

6:57:14PMThe parent control settings were enabled on your connection, which I just disabled and thanks to you as you have switched off and switch on your router and now everything back on track for you:)
6:57:57PMSo...you're telling me my broadband connection was dropping out because I had parental controls enabled?
6:59:04PMThat might be a reason because sometime internet services are intermittent or not working due to parent control set up. However, that's not only reason behind that so please do not worry, services are back now.
6:59:31PMUmm OK, we'll see I suppose. Thanks for your help
6:59:46PMSure welcome anytime

Anybody have any ideas? This is still happening and I was hoping to have got a response by now. Thanks
