I would probably first check that all works as desired all and then remove the ip address of AP in the guest bridge.

Yup, ports 2 and 3 on AP now connects to the guest VLAN correctly. Same thing with WLAN. I've removed the IP address of the guest bridge on AP and everything still works properly.
