No, ath79 has not transitioned to dsa. It is purely swconfig. There is also no such thing as a hybrid config - it is mutually exclusive (swconfig XOR dsa).
Please start a new thread for your issue and we will get everything working

Ok. Gonna do this.
But if ath79 has not transitionned, why do we still have the "DSA Style" tab in LuCI (Network->Interface/device) ? Why do we find mixt elements from DSA and swconfig into /etc/config/network default configuration after a fresh OpenWRT 23.05.5 install on those TP-Link EAP-225 ?
But you are right, I'm gonna start a fresh well documented thread on this topic, and I will mention you for you to find it easily.
