also list of channels here

Hi @froyic,

Unfortunately, it is not totally clear to me in the Wikipedia page.
I have found this page https://www.lairdconnect.com/support/faqs/what-channels-are-supported-both-24-ghz-and-5ghz-band-most-countries where I understand that in Europe, over channel 140 it is prohibited, for indoor use. But I do not know if the source is reliable.
Anyway, the real question to me is that if the Zyxel Multy M1 has Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) and Transmit Power Control (TPC) capabilities, with OpenWRT installed. They seem to be the requirements for channel 132 in Europe.
I do not know where to look for it

OK, let's see.

I guess it would work, since 132 80 MHz was ok, and other neighbours are using that (but this is why I wished to avoid it)

PS: I have marked your above suggestion as "solution" since everything works fine in the last days. Thank you @froyic

you could try to find a less used channel , try to scan your surroundings and do a written list of how many wifi are on which channel so you can see better, doing that and comparing with the indoors and outdoors list you can find a good channel , most of people do not use a manual channel instead they use auto channel selection (hey leave everything to the router so is not optimized) you can optimize it, fine tune it or tweak it by yourself and get advantage...

always remenber to turn off and on your router and phone wifi on every change so you will have less errors, it is the most basic and useful advise

I totally agree on this, I saw what happened last time I did not do that ...

Ok, thank you @troyic, I will try to follow your recommendation
