Very low txpower on 2.4GHz on AC2100 eco:4

I'm using the Xiaomi Redmi Router AC2100 with architecture:MediaTek MT7621 ver:1 eco:4 and OpenWrt 23.05.2 r23630-842932a63d everything seems to work well, but the TX power is limited to 7 dBm (5mW) for the 2.4GHz radio while the Xiaomi Redmi Router AC2100 with architecture:MediaTek MT7621 ver:1 eco:3 that I have can do 30dbm on 2.4GHz, I'm on Brazil were 30dbm is allowed.

When I first noticed the issue on version 22.03.0 and I upgrade all the devices to the 23.05.2 and reset the configuration, but the power is still limited.

Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding something?

Any advice will be appreciated, openwrt has always worked well for me and I bought this router because I tested the eco:3 variant, I must be doing something wrong and I want to fix it.

It's seen to be only a visual glitch/bug on the interface, I disabled all other access points of the network and the distance and speed seen to be normal, maybe I can't set the TX Power, but the connection seens to work fine for now.

Care to report a bug via github? mt76 or openwrt main repos both fine.
