V2ray 日志时间为UTC时间，The V2ray log time is UTC time

After my v2ray installation configuration was completed, it didn't work. Then I started the debugging mode and found that the logging time was UTC time, while my system time was < +08>-8 time. As a result, the time is out of sync, and v2ray can't work normally. Does anyone have the same problem?

router：xiaomi 3 pro
Openwrt version: 19.07.2, r10947-65030d81f3
V2ray version: 4.27.5 (openwrt) R1 (go1.14.7linux/mipsle)
