Usteer trying to setup kicking config for roaming

OpenWrt 22.03.5
wpad full
usteer

Im trying to setup roaming beetwin 2 AP R K V protocols are enabled

i need to make it kick whenever siganl is lower than -45dB no balancing beetwin APs (or 95% no less)
This instruction describs all the parameters
but i still dont know how to

i didnt find any working config for roaming
some says use DAWN this one for stearing beetwind bands but other says usteer can do the same
