No idea, but interesting data point. On your Pi do you enable the WiFi as well or is only the USB ethernet adapter in br-lan?
Wifi disabled on pi only USB ethernet adapter in br-lan is active
Correction: eth0 (br-lan) lan ethernet
eth1 (Tplink usb adapter for wan) connected to USB3
@moeller0 so elan told me it could be bcz of upnp module. I disabled upnp and no more pk_delay its under 200us instead 15ms
One thing to keep in mind is, the reported delay measurement are exponentially weighted moving averages. The consequnce is that these constantly change, so especially for rare latency spikes you need to read the stats sgortly after the spike, otherwise the EWMA will dacayed down again.
That said, not a fan of upnp myself, so no objection to disabling it
