Using https-dns-proxy and dnscrypt-proxy 2 together?

In my new openwrt installation I ended up installing both packages, I saw with recommendations from a Turkish networking forum user. But, can these two packages work together? In theory, don't they have a similar function?

in dnscrypt-proxy2 you can already use DoH, so I don't really see the point to use both

I had this thought. I noticed that https-dns-proxy works together with DNSMASQ. Is this the difference?

if you are looking for something easier, go with http-dns-proxy with LuCi app.

I opted to stay with dnscrypt-proxy2 but I think I messed up. When I removed the https-dns-proxy package my network that is configured to use the router as DNS stopped responding to DNS. Probably the https-dns-proxy changed something. Any idea how to leave the default values without having to reset everything?

What is your cat /etc/config/dhcp?

Well, I decided to continue with dnscrypt-proxy, followed this documentation and now everything is ok. Thanks a lot!
