Hi,
If you looking for use DOH with adblocker you can combine https-dns-proxy and adblock packages.
1- install adblocker, https-dns-proxy and luci-app-https-dns-proxy and refresh the page
2- Configure adblocker, here is my conf:
Force router adblock dns to use your all local devices
Auto created port forwards for forcing router adblock dns
3- Configure DOH, using https-dns-proxy
Force Router DNS => select "Let local devices use their own" beacuse we forced router dns above.
Select your preferred doh server/servers like this:
4- Adblock uses dnsmasq as a default dns backend so we need to check dnsmasq forwarders
