Using a VPN for packets coming from a specific IP and going to a specific IP range

Hi. I need to route some packets coming from the IP 192.168.1.100 of my LAN through a VPN tunnel. I'd like to route through the VPN only packets addressed to specific IP range(s). Is that feasible?
