- create a wifi hotspot
- monitor access and statistics
- have a list of registered users and who use the network
is it possible with this software?
Yes, though you'll need to add the appropriate services for authentication, authorization, and accounting. Something like FreeRADIUS may meet your needs. While it can be run on the router, you might want to consider a separate host for it. Depending on your scale, even something along the lines of a Raspberry Pi might be suitable for supplying services.
