I've seen people had success without desoldering. I am sure I ve seen it here. Some 3565 spi flasher but usb only? I cant desolder

Okay but i remember people connecting to some flash pins, while powered off. And it works for them. Not serial. This ch3565 something or so??

CH341A, yes it works but not for all chips.
You can get them at Amazon or really cheap from Aliexpress.

This has been discussed a number of times before. The main problem is that you cannot power the flash chip without powering other chips on the board. You must figure out a way to do that safely. Meaning that you
- provide enough power,
- don't fry any IO pins, and
- keep the SoC from running and accessing the flash
