I have the Linksys WRT3200ACM running Openwrt ver 19.07.1...i want to upgrade to 19.07.2 but not sure is it's good idea to keep the settings when flashing to the new firmware.
The reason I'm asking this question is because I spent alot of time configuring my router and just want save time by keeping my current configs when upgrading.

There is no significant change in settings between 19.07.1 and .2 for WRT3200ACM, so you can sysupgrade with settings.
(But just remember that you will need to re-install all add-on packages after the upgrade. Settings can be preserved in sysupgrade , but not packages)
