Upgrading WRT1900ACS-v2 to 21.02

Ok.. heres the go... Wanting to upgrade

Linksys WRT1900ACS-v2 (shelby v2 - according to label on bottem of router)

Currently running

Model Linksys WRT1900ACS
Architecture ARMv7 Processor rev 1 (v7l)
Firmware Version OpenWrt 18.06.2 r7676-cddd7b4c77 / LuCI openwrt-18.06 branch (git-19.020.41695-6f6641d)
Kernel Version 4.14.95

Question is - Can i grab

https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/21.02.1/targets/mvebu/cortexa9/openwrt-21.02.1-mvebu-cortexa9-linksys_wrt1900acs-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin

And just upgrade - with zero issues - or is that release im currently running too old for the upgrade to just work.?

Not entirely keen on trying to re-setup everything as last time was a huge hassle and frankly, scary.. dont want to brick the router..

Trying to keep it all simple so my brain doesn't explode....

Due to the changes from swconfig to DSA, you won't be able to upgrade your configs.

You'll need to re-configure from scratch.

Save your current configs and use them as a guide.

You'll also need to use the factory image...using the sysupgrade image for 21.02.1 can brick a Linksys device.

How much free space was left after installation?
Thank you so much.

Updated to the latest... have a older openwrt on second partition as a backup..

Have installed ad-block, advanced reboot and banip packages aswell... everything else basically default...
