Upgraded to .4 - all software packages gone?

Hi all,

Is it normal to do a sysupgrade image on LEDE, and have all packages removed? I had the "keep settings" box checked - and it did keep all my basic settings. However, for example, my SQM was removed - https://lede-project.org/docs/user-guide/sqm, as was adblocking - https://lede-project.org/docs/user-guide/ad-blocking.

Is there something I screwed up, or it is typical to have to rebuild all software after every upgrade?

It is normal that packages are lost on upgrade, you do have to restore them aftewards. Their settings are kept though, so after reinstalling them with opkg they should immediately start working again.
