Upgrade to a new version

Hello
I want to upgrade the branch routing from 18 to 19
However, if the branch does not have the assistance of IT staff, we will not be able to connect to the router and thus cannot be configured. Can we keep the firewall.user file? Or other ways to enter the route?

You can do a sysupgrade preserving settings and any extra file you might need. However, configuration from version 18 is not guaranteed to work on 19.

You can create your own image, using the image builder, and add as many files as you need. Or you can edit "/etc/sysupgrade.conf" to be sure which files will be kept.
