Upgrade aruba AP-303H 24.10.0 upgrade did not happen

Hello,

I have aruba AP-303H running openwrt version 23.05.5
I downloaded openwrt-24.10.0-ipq40xx-generic-aruba_ap-303h-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin
Went to Luci Console->System->Backup/Flash Firmware-> Flash new firmware image and browed to the firmware and Continue.
It did something (I could see lights on AP flash) and after some time came back up.
But upgrade did not happen, it shows still on 23.05.5

Any thoughts on what could have happened? How to upgrade it?

Did the exact same thing once again but this time I connected the AP to a serial console (hoping to see something that stopping the upgrade) and this time it got upgraded correctly. All settings got retained too.
