Updated 2 devices from 18 to 21 but WPA2-Enterprise is not available

No opkg extras
No fance dis
No changes on ssh level .. all configs over luci done

great... this means pretty much all your issues will come down to the apps themselves or whatever commands/luci you ran on the system after upgrade...

(don't try to remember... just saying that this seems to be the important point for your problems...)

if you ran zero commands... then yes... looks like some sort of opkg bug...

(well we can't rule out a storage bug either but given other users have reported luci->opkg oddities... and you system would likely not be functioning so well with storage issues... maybe we can...)

good... we'd need to see the one from when it's not working...

  • did you have it working before... (eg. 19 + EAP when upgrading)?
  • can you compare the old(backup?) vs new eap config/wireless files? (not right now... but something you could look at)

OK, I will create an additions WPA2-EAP in LUCI .. wait

Now I have a working WPA2-PSK and WPA2-EAP on my openwrt.

I deinstalled everything with wpa, but with wpa I first had to install and remove.

Went in Luci to network wireless and both nodes are offline
Then configured 2 SSID with wpa2-psk and wpa2-eap

And then gotcha .. it is running
