Adding support for Ubiquiti UniFi 6 Plus (U6+)

Ubiquiti makes an upgraded version of the U6 Lite called the U6+. My local Micro Center has a ton of these in stock, so I've decided to try getting OpenWrt running on it. Unlike the U6 Lite, the U6+ supports WiFi 6 on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Despite this, Ubiquiti claims 9 W maximum power consumption, vs 12 W for the U6 Lite.
