If I remember correctly the dump comes from openwrt without gui. you can try SSH to 192.168.1.1 (default ip).

But there’s apparently no way to connect with SSH to 192.168.1.1 and that makes it hard (impractical)
to configure the RE305 v1 or to update the firmware.

Could it perhaps be that @petitess has provided his dump with his network config, instead of the default one?

If you use WinSCP you can edit /etc/config/network acording to you router settings

option ipaddr '192.168.0.121'
option gateway '192.168.0.1'
