Unbricking CF-E110N V2

I tried to flash OpenWrt onto this Comfast E110N- V2 and it crashed.
Is it possible to recover my mess with CP2102 or CH340G?

Is there any serial output at all?

I soldered the wires to
GND
TX
RX

But i don't know what to do next

Connect your 2102 and fire up a serial port capable application , like putty.

Rember to connect TX to RX, and the other way around.

Connected rx to tx and vice versa,
everytime i power up router i get couple of random characters on the serial monitor

Then it's not dead, but you need to get the baud rate right.

But try the http recovery 1st

I happened to get this when putty-ing serial at 115200baud
