Unable to upgrade luci-app-sqm with opkg

Hey Guys,

I am using LEDE 17.01.4, r3560-79f57e422d on my TP-Link Archer C7 v2:

Wanted to upgrade all my opkg Packages but on I get the following error: (other packages upgraded successful)

opkg list-upgradable
luci-app-sqm - 1.1.3-1 - 1.1.3-2

opkg upgrade luci-app-sqm
Upgrading luci-app-sqm on root from 1.1.3-1 to 1.1.3-2...
Downloading http://downloads.lede-project.org/releases/17.01.4/packages/mips_24kc/packages/luci-app-sqm_1.1.3-2_all.ipk
Collected errors:
pkg_run_script: package "luci-app-sqm" postrm script returned status 1.

How I can get this fixed ?

Opkg list-upgradable shows several - but doc says avoid upgrade
