What device, what openwrt version?

Did it ever work?
If yes, what did you do to make it fail?

tp link a7-v5 , version is - 22.03.0-rc5

Then try stable instead, reset the settings during flash.

is there any other way is possible with out flashing??

You could just reset it, unless it was like that straight after flash.

(hence the question if you did anything to break it)
