Unable to login into OpenWrt with an alternate user using SSH keys

Hello, I am unable to login via SSH using key with an alternate users.
It only works as root user (using keys).
I have enabled 'Password authentication' via Luci on dropbear, then after it fail I am able to login with user password. Occurs I want to login via ssh key with other users then root.

This start occuring after upgrade to OpenWrt 21.02.1 r16325-88151b8303.
My previous version was 19.07.2
Router model: TP-Link Archer C7 v5 (Qualcomm Atheros QCA956X ver 1 rev 0)

Seems like Dropbear does not even chalange for a key while I attempt to connect with an alternate user.
Is there a way to increase Dropbear log level?

Any help is appreciated!

Only for root user logins, the /etc/dropbear/authorized_keys is consulted. For non-uid 0 users, dropbear checks ~/.ssh/authorized_keys in the respective user home directory.
