Please share a link on how to shift to stable release 24.without serial access as I dont want to open my device.

from what I read on your post you already have a version of Openwrt installed,

have you tried to do a sysupgrade by taking an image from here (0.)
with your custom package list depending what you want the router to do:

howto exec sysupgrade from cli (ssh):

if you don't have specific needs on the packages to add I suggest you at least add the "owut" package so that it will be easy to update the system:

here's how i added "owut" (1.) , the sysupgrade it created (2.) , and its sha256sum (3.):

Use https://firmware-selector.openwrt.org/?version=24.10.1&target=ramips%2Fmt7621&id=etisalat_s3, click the request build button, the built sysupgrade image will include the webUI.

Upgrade following the upgrade link ncompact posted.

folloed these instructions. used scp command & then sysupgrade. thanks to all for all. iam back to stable recent release. close the topic.
