Unable to flash WRT3200ACM

I recently acquired a new router, Linksys WRT3200ACM and i've really been wanting to flash it with OpenWRT firmware.But when I get the file, linksys-wrt3200acm-squashfs-factory.img, the router doesn't even boot up. But when I tried DD-WRT, it works flawlessly. Any ideas?
