Unable to find openssl-util and related packages in mips_24k repository

After several failure attempt to install ssl related packages in my GL.inet AR150. I went to the repository http://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/19.07.2/packages/mips_24kc/base and reliazed the libopenssl-conf packages are missing. Anyone can tell me what happened?

opkg install openvpn-easy-rsa

Most likely you were trying when they were rebuilt:
