Unable to detect usb 3 device

The usb 3 port can’t detect usb3 devices. Usb 2 device can be detected.

I attempted to downgrade to version 23.05.6 using Luci, but unfortunately the router froze during the process and couldn’t be recovered—even in recovery mode. I don’t have time to deal with a bricked router right now. However, I tested the downgrade on a D-Link DIR-885L, which had the same issue detecting USB 3. Using recovery mode directly, the downgrade was successful, and USB 3 has been working flawlessly so far.

Really appreciate you pointing me in the right direction.
