Unable to connect to WiFi for a random device until the router gets rebooted once a day

/var/ is in RAM. You haven't damaged your device (at least not based on this).

Sorry, I didn’t know. I set the write log to /mnt/sda1. Should I also increase the system log buffer size from 4k to MB?

yes, you can increase the log size.

Log size is in kilo-bytes, that is default 64 takes 64kB RAM, 1024 is one mega-byte - quite easily survivable on 64MB router.

Does it first store to RAM equal to the allocated amount then write everything to /sda1 at once? I am using a pen drive to store the log and set it 10 MB.

Today same issue occurred when I was checking speed using fast.com. However, there is no event found in the log around the time. I had to reboot the device to get all devices connect again. What could I do if this is a heat related issue other than adding a fan (which will increase the power consumption)?
