Unable to access router after OWUT

I upgraded from 24.10.2 to 24.10.3 on Estilast S3 using OWUT, but after the upgrade, I am unable to access or ping the router running in AP mode.

I can connect to its AP and browse the web, infact I am posting through it. LAN is also working, but can't ping or access this router itself.
