UDPLITE (especially for ipv4)

Given the habit of some to prioritize UDP...

And the upcoming onslaught of capacity seeking QUIC based UDP applications...

And the traditional role UDP has had in request/response protocols, gaming and voip...

It would be a far-ahead thinking idea to make OpenWrt capable of forwarding and NATing UDPLite packets by default. It's not that the reduced CRC coverage idea in it was any good (it doesn't work on some OSes and routers), it's making twice the available udp port space available for new greenfield or "happy eyeballs" style applications to flee to.

Surprisingly it is transported correctly over IPv6 in most of my tests, and can get quite a long way out after transiting my firewalls over IPv4.

traceroute on mainline linuxes can use udplite as a transport via the -UL option.
