Udp2raw usage for openwrt

Hello everyone,
Sorry for my bad english level. I have Mi 4a Gigabit with MediaTek MT7621A. I want to install or compile udp2raw for OpenWrt this is the repository GitHub.

How can i use it in my router? I know this repo is going to take lot of storage but I am thinking while the router is being turned it is going to retrive the executabe from my local server and put it in the ram
