its mx30uf2g18ac xq1 flash is damaged and i want to restore the router.

It rejects your soldered flash. Ask netger for bootloader source, it is not made here.

Thank you, but it seems that XR500.mtd0.qcadata.bin does not contain the bootloader, only the calibration data partition. Do you have the full dump for the device?

No that would be the ART partition
and there is no point having my board calibration info
if you have lost both copies of yours, then scrap the wifi on that board
