Ubiquiti ER-X no SSH

HI@All,
I tried to install LEDE and Luci on the Ubiquiti ER-X.
What i did:

1. I put 'lede-ramips-mt7621-ubnt-erx-initramfs-factory.tar' archiv in the /tmp folder using WinSCP

2. make a Systemupgrade using putty(SSH)
   -> Result LEDE was online but no WEB-Interface

3. do Follow via SSH
   -> opkg update
   -> opkg install Luci
   => Error no Space on ...

4. power off and on

5. • Download sysupgrade tar archive as linked to by the Techdata page

6. Copy it to /tmp via WinSCP

7. Sysupgrade
   -> SSH was disconnected

8. power off after 1min.

Result I can't login via SSH, no WEB-Interface.

Please can you helpme?
