Hi,
The device uses from manufacturer a UBIN file.
The BIN (Squash, sysupgrade) from compiling OpenWrt is not accepter by teh device (using an old and customized OpenWrt)
I though then to use the script "./scripts/ubinize-image.sh " in the source code
However, I am a bit lost about the parameters
$ ./scripts/ubinize-image.sh
syntax: ./scripts/ubinize-image.sh [--uboot-env] [--part =] [--kernel kernelimage] rootfs out [ubinize opts]
Can anyone help (with an example for a 16MB device , Ath71xxx Yucon 830 ideally 
)
