U6 Lite possibly bricked

Hi, I've just tried to install OpenWRT on my U6 Lite - using this https://openwrt.org/toh/ubiquiti/unifi_6_lite

I went through the process without spotting that I needed to revert to an older software version and syswrapper the .bin -

https://dl.ubnt.com/unifi/firmware/UAL6/6.0.14.13634/BZ.mt7621_6.0.14+13634.220218.0017.bin

So I rolled back the current oem .bin to a version suggested and then then went for the reboot - syswrapper.sh upgrade2 &

And that it went dark. The AP will not even attempt to do anything. I've changed PoE brick and cabling for whatever reason, but nothing. I can't SSH or TFTP or anything, it looks completely dead!!

I've even tried holding the reset button at different durations and with powering ot the AP it being already powered up.....nothing :frowning:

I've even started reading the debrick doc.
Please help

Honestly, that debrick wiki page isn't super useful and needs a rewrite. (Which it does say in its "Fix Me!" banner.)

Every device installs/recovers differently. For the UniFi devices, they all support UniFi Recovery Mode, which is virtually bulletproof in my experience. Have you tried the procedure under "Access Points" from that page?

Thanks for taking the time to reply to me. I've tried every combination I can think of to try and get some life into the AP. I just can't get the LED to light up on the AP at all - no matter what I try.

I assume that I've killed it? :frowning:
