Does openwrt have any packages for twamp protocol

As far as I know TWAMP (or STAMP - Simple Two way Active Measurement Protocol) is not implemented within OpenWrt packages. Ain't this 'the' Cisco / Juniper test protocol, used in 'their' devices/OS-es?
If you know a way to install it on linux you could give it a try.
There are other ways to check ip-traffic, like ipref(3), which is available as package for OpenWrt.
Gives enough info together with system and kernel logs.
