Turning Wireguard VPN client off quickly and easily

Hello,

I just set up Openwrt as a VPN client following this guide: https://protonvpn.com/support/openwrt-wireguard

So, all the devices on my network get the VPN's public IP adress.

I am looking for a way to quickly turn off or on these settings, effectively enabling or disabling the VPN. Is there any way to do so? Bonus points if it can be done in an easy, GUI way.

I used it from my phone to quickly turn off or enable WireGuard tunnels by using Connectbot, using SSH with keys and automatically execute the wireguard -companion app at logon. Or you can use Putty from your PC and under SSH > Remote comand add sh /usr/share/wireguard-companion.sh which will instantly open the app on your PC
